Customer Success Account Manager

Zielona Góra (preferred)

Salary range:
Up to 180,000 PLN annually

Role overview

We’re looking for someone to sit between our support operations and our enterprise customer relationships. You’ll manage our Poland-based support team (currently 2 people), while also acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts – making sure they’re getting value from our platform, spotting upsell and renewal opportunities and stepping in when things need extra attention.

Note: During the onboarding phase (first 3 months), hybrid working in Zielona Góra office (any 3 days of the week) is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the support team (currently 2 people), covering workload, quality of responses, and escalation handling
  • Own the relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their main point of contact
  • Run regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts, tracking satisfaction and platform adoption
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as an escalation point for critical support cases, coordinating with engineering and IT when needed
  • Track support and account health metrics, and report on trends to leadership
  • Improve support processes and documentation as the team and customer base grow

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or support team leadership, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team
  • Comfortable being customer-facing with enterprise accounts, including commercial conversations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across support operations and account management
  • Good spoken and written English – this role involves regular communication with an international team and customers

Nice to have

  • Experience with support/ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM systems
  • Background in e-commerce or retail tech
  • Experience growing or restructuring a small support team

Mid-level IT Administrator

Salary range:
14,000-16,000 PLN net/month (B2B)
11,000-13,000 PLN gross/month (Employment contract)

Role overview

We’re looking for a Mid-level IT Administrator to join our infrastructure team. Our environment spans a well established LAMP stack alongside a newer AWS and Terraform-based infrastructure, and we need a hands-on team member to help maintain and support both. A more senior IT specialist and wider Volaris corporate IT team are there to guide the bigger architectural decisions, so this role is about pitching in on the day-to-day across both environments and steadily building up your skills alongside them. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, communicates openly, and is genuinely keen to grow and pick up new tools and technologies on the job.

Note: During the onboarding phase (first 3 months), hybrid working in Zielona Góra office (any 3 days of the week) is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer our production environment based on the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP)
  • Work with Redis and monitoring tools across the environment
  • Support the engineering team on performance and automation, keeping uptime high for customers
  • Help maintain and support our newer AWS/Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code) environment alongside the LAMP stack, under guidance from senior team members
  • Get hands-on exposure to database replication, load balancer traffic management, and multi-datacenter infrastructure as part of the team’s broader operations • Work with corporate IT and security teams on procedures, security policies, and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR)
  • Collaborate with the support team on escalations during critical incidents • Provide general internal IT support as needed
  • Help coordinate Volaris corporate reporting requirements, such as employee SAT training tracking, and support PCI-DSS and other cybersecurity compliance procedures for the company and corporate
  • Liaise with the wider Volaris IT team on shared initiatives and reporting

What we’re looking for

  • 2-3+ years of experience administering Linux systems (installation, configuration, maintenance)
  • Hands-on experience with Apache/NGINX and MySQL/MariaDB
  • Scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python)
  • Experience monitoring production environments • A team player – comfortable working closely with colleagues, senior IT staff, and the broader Volaris IT team • Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn – this role is a great way to build deeper expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform), database replication, load balancing, and multi-datacenter operations alongside more senior team members
  • Good spoken and written English – this role requires regular communication with an international team

  • Experience with AWS and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)
  • Experience with Redis • Familiarity with database replication, load balancers, or multi-datacenter setups • Interest or experience using AI-assisted tools to support day-to-day administration, automation, or troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of IT security and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR), or interest in supporting corporate compliance/reporting work (e.g. SAT training)
  • Experience working alongside security/compliance teams
