Maciej Torbus

General Manager

Maciej became part of the WebSell team in 2017, embarking on his journey as a Software Engineer. With a strong academic foundation in Computer Science from both Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the University of London, he pursued his passion for coding. In 2019, Maciej transitioned into a management role, bringing his technical expertise and leadership skills to the forefront. Outside of work, he is an avid football enthusiast and a lifelong supporter of FC Barcelona, fostering his deep-rooted passion for the sport since childhood.

Mike Rosa

VP of Sales & Head of US Operations

Prior to joining the team in 2012, Mike managed a WebSell WebStore in Michigan for a mutual-client of his Media Production and Marketing firm. That business sprang from his pioneering the Virtual Concierge Kiosk in 2004. He also worked in Radio, Television, and Advertising sales after receiving his Bachelors in Media and Marketing from Central Michigan University.

Cillian McGillycuddy

Head of Professional Services & Marketing

Cillian has a rich background in B2B and B2C marketing, including award-winning agency experience with several multinational clients. He also spearheads marketing strategy for a variety of Volaris-owned businesses. He holds a Master’s in English from University College Cork. Cillian’s passions extend beyond marketing—he’s also a devoted Green Bay Packers and Newcastle United fan!

Piotr Sitarz

Software Development Manager

Having embarked on his professional voyage within our company, Piotr now stands as an adept Software Development Manager. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, he showcases an unwavering enthusiasm for the intricacies of desktop software. Beyond the confines of the office, his fascination with automotive technology mirrors his dedicated hobby, underscoring both his personal ardor and unwavering commitment to pioneering advancements in the industry.

Alya Paulikovich

E-commerce Support Supervisor

Alya began her career at the company as a Junior Support Specialist in 2021 and now supervises the support team at WebSell. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and International Business. In her free time, Alya enjoys traveling, photography, and rock music.
