Today, we’re changing our name from NitroSell to WebSell.
Our new name reaffirms our core mission of helping brick-and-mortar retailers to sell on the web, providing a best-in-class platform, along with all the tools and services they need to succeed online.
Over two decades of e-commerce
Over 20 years ago, we set out to make a platform that simplified online selling. By relying on Point of Sale systems, we built one of the first truly integrated e-commerce platforms, where your back office becomes the power behind your WebStore.
Starting with just one shop, we’ve since grown to support hundreds of businesses all over the world. We built our service with a community of dedicated retailers, and created a platform that responded to the real challenges faced by our customers.
We’ll continue to make selling online better
Our platform was built by retailers, for retailers. We will keep working with our network of customers and partners to build a better service.
Selling on the web doesn’t have to be hard. We’ve simplified the process of getting your Point of Sale system to work with your webstore, and we’ll continue to develop our core platform for the better.
Alongside, we’re adding a new POS integration to Windward System Five, expanding our best-in-class service to even more retailers.
NitroSell is now WebSell
For customers, nothing is changing in how you currently run your store. We are now WebSell and you can access your account in the same way via websell.io, using your existing details. You don’t need to create a new account.
Our logo has changed and our software will also be renamed. Functionality remains the same, with some exciting new features coming soon, which we’ll announce in the next few days.
